| I believe this is my first post in college. I dug this up because I accidentally told one of my swim coaches my xanga site and he has been giving me shit about it lately. Go figure. Anyways, I realized how much I miss doing this and that it has given me a lot of memories of high school that I have totally forgotten. I don't think anyone will read this or still uses xanga, but for those of you who still do I am alive. Yes. Too bad facebook doesn't have some sort of blog thing that you can update your life with.
Anyways, my girlfriend is a hobo and last thursday slept in my bed for 14 hours. But, she was apparently awake for a few segments. So 12 hours maybe? Anyways, Isabelle (or Izzy, Jizzy) says "Hi!".
I have morning practice tomorrow at 8:30, which is in 6 hours. Too bad. Spring break is almost here.
Wait, I'm staying here in STL to train for swimming. BUMMER. Nationals are a day after spring break is over in Minnesota, then after the four day meet I will be done with swimming and can enjoy life. I will not know what to do with myself since I have so much free time.

| Wow. I didn't know people still used xanga, but yet there are still updated pages as I am checking right now. I could recap on the last couple years of my life... maybe I will someday. But for now, I'm just laughing at my old posts.

| While cleaning my room this weekend, I organized a cluttered drawer and
a purple rectangular prism caught my eye. It was my Game Boy Color.
Last played: In the 90's. So much dust had accumulated on it, it took
me a while to blow off. Wow, I said to myself, I really miss these
days. Why not bring them back for a minute? I went down got two AA
batteries, plug em in, but realized I did not have a game yet. After
plowing through a pile of clothes and other useless articles, I found
the holy grail. Pokemon Red. Plugged the cartridge in, powered the
gameboy on. Turned the volume up. And I rejoiced. The opening chorus of
Pokemon brings back hours of wasted time back in the day. And so I
decided to play some. And so addicting it was. I chose charmander as my
first pokemon from Oak. I didn't get off until an hour later. The
second grader is back. And so is pokemon. I love finding random things
in my room. So, if you're reading this - go find your game boy color -
I know all of you have one - and dig out that pokemon cartridge and
plug it in. You might want to relieve your bladder before though.
